CAMPGROUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservations must be made online through website only.
- Camping party is defined as up to four people. Additional two persons maximum – $5 per person/night
- Check in time is 2 PM, Check out 11 AM
- Please visit Tuckkwiowhum Gas when checking in for passcode to gate. See staff at Campground Office at campsites for instructions to your site.
- Tuckkwiowhum Campground is FAMILY ORIENTED – no excessive noise will be permitted
- Children must be watched carefully at all times. The river is fast flowing and very dangerous.
- Alcohol and Cannabis are permitted on campsites only.
- NO weapons of any kind, threats, violence, excessive profanity or fighting will be tolerated – these offences WILL result in immediate eviction with no refund given.
- NO operation of ATVs or Dirt bikes is permitted anywhere on Tuckkwiowhum grounds.
- Generators amay be operated from 9am – Noon and again from 5 pm – 8 pm. During campfire bans, the use of generators is NOT allowed at any time.
- Management reserves the right to evict offending camping parties at their discretion without refund of reservation fees.
- Each site will accommodate 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle. $10 charge each for extra vehicles. (Motorcycles are not included as 2nd vehicle).
- Quiet time is from 11 PM until 7 AM. No loud music after 11 PM. Visitors must leave campgrounds by 11 PM
- NO fireworks of any kind are allowed anywhere on Tuckkwiowhum grounds.
- Campfires are allowed ONLY in designated areas EXCEPT when BC Wildfire has issued a campfire ban. You are legally required to attend your fire at all times and you must properly extinguish your fire before leaving campground or retiring for the night.
- Firewood will be available for purchase at campground office. You are welcome to bring in your own firewood. PLEASE DO NOT scavenge for firewood, cut down branches or our trees.
- Campground and operators are NOT liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property or Act of God.
- Damages to campground and equipment by any member of your camping party must be reported and paid for. Damages found after your camping party has vacated the campground will remain your responsibility. Management will contact you for prompt payment.
- Your bags of garbage will be picked up each morning by our campground manager. BEARS frequent the area so please do not leave food or waste unattended at your site or leave it outside overnight. The Staff reserves the right to remove unattended attractants. Please DO NOT leave food or garbage in the fire pits. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
